I was so very excited to see a new doctor in my neighborhood. I moved to Lehi just before COVID from Sandy and needed a new primary care doctor. My first appointment was easy to make on line and within the week. The experience wasShow more delightful. Clean, friendly "HOME TOWN DOCTOR " feel. Dr. Jefferies sat me in her office for a meet & greet, (new friend feel ), to gather my medical stuff. She even asked me about my hobbies. When has a doctor asked you that? And the medical assistant "Rocks".
Virginia and her staff are super friendly and so good with kids! They treated each of my kids no matter their age with respect. They asked my kids for input and truly listened. I was particularly impressed that they asked each chiShow moreld for permission to do each part of the well check as a sign of respect for the child's body autonomy. They support parent choice and don't use bullying or scare tactics. I felt like they truly cared and listened to. Highly recommend them!

Literally the most sweetest, kindest person I know & haven’t even known her that long. she listens to you and makes you feel like you are the most important person in the world. Definitely would recommend! The staff there at country healthcare are also super welcoming. Absolutely recommend country healthcare!

A true CARE provider, in every sense of the word. I felt heard, I felt empathy, I saw action and we have a great plan to work on together to meet my health goals. Easy to schedule and confirm appointments - I did it all online, which worked best for me at the time. Follow ups then scheduled in person with the most friendly and kind receptionist ever met in a medical office! Wowza!

I feel well taken care of
I have seen Virginia a total of three times so far. Once for my step daughter, once for my daughter, and once for myself. Virginia immediately puts you at ease with her warm and caring demeanor. She is respectful and knowledgeable about what needs to be done. She is not pushy at all. She offers solutions and respects the patient’s right to choose for themselves. She listened to my concerns and what my goals were. I will definitely be returning many more times!!

Ms. Jeffries is wonderful! She listens to your concerns, asks all the right questions to understand what a patient is looking for and even what they may not be looking for. She wants to make sure you as a whole is being healed.

Virginia is beyond amazing!! She’s very knowledgeable, compassionate, and does healthcare the way it should be done! You don’t feel rushed, you have a 1/2 hour time slot (instead of 5 minutes like other places…), you don’t feel like a number, and her assistant is also amazing!! I highly recommend her to everyone! If you’re done with doctors not listening to you, see Virgina! She really cares about getting to know you and help you have an all-around better life. ??
